Outlander Season 4, Episode 7 images: Brianna’s journey begins

It’s all about Brianna and Roger in the Outlander Season 4, Episode 7 images. Here’s a look at things to come in Down the Rabbit Hole.

Outlander Season 4, Episode 7 is taking some inspiration from Alive in Wonderland for the title. “Down the Rabbit Hole” is a connection to Brianna (and likely Roger) heading through the stones and into the past, effectively going down their own rabbit hole. And the images make it clear that it’s all about Brianna and Roger.

Brianna gets most of the focus today. Out of the five officially released images from the STARZ press site, Brianna is in four of them. Two look to be possibly from one of the previous episodes, but it could be a quick flashback of what’s happened. Brianna puts her hands on the stones and travels to the 18th century to save her parents.

We get a real look at the clothing Brianna is wearing. The haphazardly-thrown together outfit is just right for Brianna. She wouldn’t have time to source a real outfit and maybe even not the money as a college student. To be honest, fitting in would be the last thing on her mind when she needs to get through to see Claire and Jamie.

Then there’s an image of her in the woods. Brianna isn’t conveniently going to end up somewhere with a taxi waiting for her. Craig na Dun isn’t close to Lallybroch. It was at least a couple of days’ ride away from Castle Leoch. With nobody knowing she’s heading through the stones, Brianna will need to make her own way to Lallybroch.

It’s a dangerous road to travel. We didn’t see what Claire went through, as the passage of time was handled differently and Claire was a little more prepared. Now we get to see the journey for Brianna, and it’s her first time in the past.

She will eventually get through to the past and to Lallybroch. The social media cards that STARZ have provided include a photo of Brianna and Joanie. The image is the featured image of this post and Joanie certainly look happy that Brianna is around. Does Joanie know who Brianna is at this point?

The fifth image is all about Roger and Fiona. Roger is now clean shaven, something the book fans have been requesting to see for months, and he’s dressed in his own thrown together outfit. Fiona is by his side, accompanying him to the stones to see him through safely.

Will Fiona be able to hear the call of the stones? Will Roger get through without a hassle? It’s going to be interesting to see.
