25 Days of MacBree-Mas Day 1: What to expect in the Outlander Christmas countdown
It’s the start of December, and we’re counting down the days to Christmas. To do that the Outlander way, we’re bringing the 25 Days of MacBree-mas.
Every year, Freeform offers the 25 Days of Christmas. Over the years, I’ve done this on other sites that I run, but I’ve never done it on Claire and Jamie. That’s changing this year, as I bring an Outlander Christmas countdown in the form of the 25 Days of MacBree-mas.
I know there are many of you who dislike the ship name “MacBree.” I needed something catchy for the title for this, so please don’t shoot me!
Throughout the month of December, I’ll countdown to Christmas with posts about Brianna and Roger. Sometimes they’ll be posts about the couple, sometimes posts about the individual characters, and sometimes about the actors, Sophie Skelton and Richard Rankin.
This doesn’t take away from the regular schedule of Outlander posts. It doesn’t mean there’s not going to be any focus on Claire and Jamie throughout the month. Naturally, the two lead characters will pop up but they get a lot of love and appreciation already.
I want to take the time to focus on the two younger characters who are slowly becoming main characters. Their family is growing, and this is a time to focus on the things that are great about them, reasons we should be looking forward to their relationship moving forward.
This post is an important one to bookmark throughout this Christmas countdown. I’ll come back to update it daily so you can find all 25 posts with each. (Well, 24 because this is Day 1!)
