David Berry has finished filming Outlander Season 5

All eyes are on when Outlander Season 5 filming will finish. David Berry shared during Sasnak City that he had finished filming on Friday.

Eyes are currently on when the cast and crew will wrap Outlander Season 5 filming. We know that it will be coming soon, and Cesar Domboy shared that Nov. 17 is a rough date for the end. However, some actors are wrapping earlier than others, and that’s the case for David Berry.

During Sasnak City 2019, he talked about filming the fifth season. Of course, he couldn’t state everything he’s done or how he’s part of the fifth season (remember, Lord John Grey isn’t physically in the fifth book) but we do know that he has a part and has been recently filming. The production is on the final block, which makes up the final two episodes. With the way filming tends to take place, it’s likely that Lord John Grey’s final episode of the season will be in the penultimate episode again.

Berry shared that he’s finished filming Season 5 now. He wrapped filming on Friday before heading out to Kansas City, Missouri for the convention.

Of course, there is still a chance that he will need to be called back at some point. Domboy’s schedule changed at the last minute as he was needed back in Scotland for some reshoots of an earlier episode. It is definitely possible that Berry will be needed at some point within the next few weeks for some reshoots, but right now, he’s finished filming.

We’re certainly intrigued by how Lord John Grey is going to be in this season. It looks like it’s more than just a way to narrate some of the letters. By the looks of images released by STARZ, John and Jamie are going to work together against the Regulators. At least Jamie will have someone by his side with the mixed feelings he’ll have this season.
