Outlander Season 4 finale: Will Claire and Jamie reach Roger? [Spoilers]

The Outlander Season 4 finale airs on Sunday and there’s one big question: Will Claire and Jamie get to Roger? Some spoiler photos give the game away.

STARZ has done relatively well with spoilers. Apart from giving away that Brianna made it to her parents in Episode 9, most of the major storylines used for individual episodes have been kept under wraps. That’s not been the case for the Outlander Season 4 finale.

There are some spoilers in this post for the Outlander Season 4 finale.

Facebook groups already had fans sharing some highly spoilery sneak peeks from Australian network Foxtel. Whether they were intentional sneak peeks or leaked scenes is unknown, but fans have seen some important parts of the episodes. I’m not going to share what the clips showed but just know they are in some of the Outlander Facebook groups.

Now it’s Vogue giving something major away. One of the big questions was all about Claire and Jamie reaching Roger. While some hoped it would happen in the previous episode, it’s something that’s been kept for the finale.

Will it happen? Yes, Claire and Jamie do get to Roger in the finale episode. Vogue has given that away with some images from “Man of Worth.” These are not images released on the STARZ press site (I’ve checked again to make sure), so they’re probably images that will be shared after the episode airs. One of the photos as Claire holding onto a still-injured Roger with Mohawks in the background.

There are other images that show Claire standing up to the Mohawks with the stone she found next to the ghost’s skull in Episode 3 and then an image of Jamie and Murtagh back at Jocasta’s plantation. It’s clear that Claire and Jamie get to Roger and get him back to the plantation.

Of course, these images don’t tell us how everything plays out but that things will happen. Do these photos make the episode more anticipating or do they ruin things?

I’ve said before and I say it again, while most shows I would hate these types of spoilers, Outlander just isn’t the same. The majority of fans have read the books or are currently reading them. With access to spoilers online, the storylines aren’t that surprising. However, for those who prefer to remain spoiler-free, they can be disappointing (which is why you’ll always see spoiler warnings here for anything that hasn’t aired yet).
