Bloodshot release date pushed back to March 2020
Hoping to see Sam Heughan in the Vin Diesel movie, Bloodshot? You’ll have to wait a little longer. The release date has been pushed to March 2020.
Bloodshot is a movie many Outlander fans are looking forward to seeing. Sam Heughan stars in the Vin Diesel movie, and it looks like he may be playing the villain. We thought we only had to wait until February, but that’s not the case anymore.
The movie’s release date has had to be pushed back. Instead of Feb. 21, Bloodshot will now head to theaters on Mar. 13, 2020.

Screen Rant reported the news but hasn’t said why the move has happened. There are usually two main reasons for a studio to push the date. It could be that the effects are taking longer to add than expected, or it could be due to competition.
If the studio thinks there will be too many big releases at the same time, the release date will be moved to give Bloodshot a better chance.
February will see movies like Birds of Prey, Sonic the Hedgehog, and The Invisible Man. However, Feb. 21, exactly, sees Brahms: The Boy II, The Call of the Wild, and Emma, which doesn’t suggest too much competition. Meanwhile, Mar. 13 sees I Still Believe and My Spy. The weekend after sees A Quiet Place 2 and the week after that sees Mulan.
It does suggest that the competition isn’t too much of a concern. This suggests that there could be a post-production problem.
