4. What role Lord John Grey has this season
David Berry is going to be at NYCC. That means Lord John Grey has to have a part in Outlander Season 5, but he’s not part of “The Fiery Cross.” His role in the story doesn’t become bigger until Season 6, which does suggest some crossover with the novels.

It would be interesting to hear how he’s going to be a part of the season. The cast and EPs won’t be able to tell us too much, but just something about whether this is going to be invention or just giving us LJG when he’s writing to Jamie and Brianna.
3. Whether “A Breath of Snow and Ashes” is included
There have been questions about whether Book 6 could be included in some of Outlander Season 5. It shouldn’t be needed, but it does depend on how the season is going to be written.
While we’ve seen that Matt B. Roberts has been reading “A Breath of Snow and Ashes” recently to prepare for the Outlander Season 6 writer’s room, there’s no doubt that some of the storylines could cross into Season 5. Likewise, some of the Book 5 storylines could be saved for Season 6.
