Looking forward to the Clan Lands Podcast? Sam Heughan and Graham McTavish have wrapped up the current traveling for it. For now, at least!
There’s no doubt that we’re excited for Outlander Season 5, but we’re also excited for another project Sam Heughan is involved in. It’s all about Clan Lands Podcast with Graham McTavish.
The two have spent the last couple of weeks touring Scotland. They’re visiting historical buildings, speaking to local people, and taking in the beautiful sights of the country. And now they’re offering the update that it’s a wrap on Clan Lands…for now.

In an Instagram post, the two shared a quick video to say they’re at an end of the current stage of production. This is the research stage of the podcast. There’s still a lot of recording to happen to bring the series of episodes to us.
Because Sam Heughan has been traveling Scotland, he’s likely not been needed for filming for Season 5. However, he’ll now be needed for some episodes, as the production continues the penultimate block. Production will want to fit some filming for Heughan in before New York Comic-Con at the start of October.

It certainly sounds like there will be a video element to the podcast. During the video to say that they’ve finished the current section, Sam Heughan mentioned they’ve been spending time filming. Once again, he mentioned how he can’t wait for us to “see” it and even talked about characters.
Whether video or just podcast, we can’t wait to see Clan Lands come to a space near us!
