Cesar Domboy and Lauren Lyle tease Fersali in Outlander Season 5
Want to know what’s next for Fersali in Outlander Season 5? Both Lauren Lyle and Cesar Domboy teased a little in their Instagram Stories.
The Outlander stars aren’t sharing too much, but every now and then, there are some behind-the-scene teases on social media. The latest has come from both Lauren Lyle and Cesar Domboy on their Instagram Stories, teasing a little for Fersali in Outlander Season 5.
Fersali = Fergus and Marsali for those who don’t use shipping terms. I mainly use them because it’s so much quicker typing the ship names in posts (and uses fewer characters in the titles!) but “Fergus and Marsali” works just fine.

Anyway, the latest updates came from the actors’ Instagram Stories, where they showed themselves in fields with horses. This isn’t all that surprising and it doesn’t give us too much to go on. However, it does tell us own thing: the couple is part of Outlander Season 5.
The last we saw of Fersali, they’d broken Murtagh out of jail and helped him escape. We saw Murtagh at Jocasta’s plantation, but what about the other two? Did they end up captured? Definitely not!
They had packed up their belongings and were heading to Fraser’s Ridge to be with Claire and Jamie. After trying to make a life together in Wilmington, they realized it was time to join their family. Nobody wanted to hire Fergus considering he only has one hand, and it was certainly making him feel less like a man.
The behind-the-scenes photos show us that Fersali will make it to Fraser’s Ridge and that’s where they’re staying. For now, at least. I’m hoping we’ll get some scenes with the two bonding with Brianna and Roger. Two young couples with growing families will certainly add a new dynamic to Fraser’s Ridge.
