25 best shows on Netflix: The Order
If you’re still looking for something to get through Droughtlander, Netflix is the place to turn. The Order is the latest Netflix Original to join the list of best shows on Netflix for Outlander fans.
Sometimes, you need to look at other genres for exciting and intriguing shows. While as Outlander fans, you’ll likely think of period dramas as a place to turn for help to get through Droughtlander, it’s certainly worth considering the fantasy and supernatural drama. The Order is one Netflix Original to try and it’s now made the list of 25 best shows on Netflix if you love Outlander.

As for this particular Netflix Original, it is one that is fresh and new content. Rather than being based on a particular book or previous movie, it takes inspiration from various shows out there. Some of the shows I thought of while watching including The Vampire Diaries, The Magicians, and Teen Wolf.
It’s certainly more for the young adult fans in the Outlander fandom. Set in an elite college, it mostly follows a group of college students, some of whom are witches and others werewolves. However, there are some adults in there. One of my favorite characters was Vera, played by Ginger Snaps‘ Katherine Isabelle, although Max Martini is an excellent villain.
