Outlander showrunner shows the cutest photo of Rollo as a pup

Rollo will become an important part of the Outlander fandom this year. He’s already clearly become one of John Bell’s favorite cast members. Now you get a chance to see him as a pup.

If you haven’t read “Drums of Autumn” yet, you may be wondering about the importance of Rollo. Well, for this post you don’t need to understand the importance of him. Chances are with the photos over the last year, you’ve already fallen in love with him and can’t wait to see him in Outlander Season 4.

The latest photo of Rollo as a pup certainly has us all swooning. Okay, so his name isn’t actually Rollo, but that doesn’t take away from the adorableness of this four-legged star. Outlander showrunner Matt B. Roberts wrapped the fourth season filming with a photo of the pup. As the owner of a husky, I can tell you it’s photos like this that made me fall in love with my own husky.

Rollo was the first newest member of the Outlander Season 4 cast. Because of the need to get the pups (there are two for one character) used to being around the cast, the showrunners made sure they were around from a young age.

It’s certainly worked judging by the wrap video from John Bell, who was all about love for his four-legged co-star. Expect a lot more of this relationship blossoming over the years.
