The Stirling Marathon is just two weeks away and Sam Heughan has shared an image of him training that will make you love him even more.
Sam Heughan is getting ready for the Stirling Marathon coming up. In fact, he’s currently training for two marathons in the space of two months. I can’t even run one, so two is definitely impressive.
Shortly after sharing his support for co-star Caitriona Balfe training for her first London Marathon, Heughan has shared a photo of him preparing for the Stirling Marathon in two weeks time. This is enough to make all fans weak at the knees because it shows off that perfect body. Yes, I love Heughan’s acting and wish that could be the focus more, but even I can’t deny those arms, legs, and abs.

While fans have definitely left comments on his Instagram about his looks, others have also shared other thoughts; mainly on the training. It appears that Heughan’s love of training and fitness is rubbing off on others. One fan stated that the actor has helped her run again, while others have wished him luck and support for the race.
Heughan did joke that he might be crawling over the finish line. However, that’s unlikely since he’s been working hard on his training regime. Just recently, he’s been involved in the My Peak Challenge, which many Outlander fans signed up for to become better versions of themselves.

My Peak Challenge is a charitable organization set to encourage people to push themselves and the two marathons in two months is Heughan’s own peak challenge for the year. He’ll be running for a Clydebank-based charity, Cahonas Scotland, which raises awareness and encourages against the stigma of male cancers.
