Ginger Zee gets ready for upcoming story with Outlander binge
Ginger Zee is binge-watching Outlander, and it’s all in the name of work. The ABC meteorologist is getting ready for an Outlander story.
It’s always fun when new people are introduced to the world of Outlander. That’s even better when it’s a celebrity with a voice on social media. What’s even better than that? When it’s all for a story and promotion.
Ginger Zee recently shared on Twitter that she’s preparing a story about Outlander. To prepare for that, she’s binge-watching the four seasons currently available — the fifth season is currently filming for those who have just checked into the show, too.

Even better, she’s shared her advice gained from others about the series, which includes how addicting the show is. Yes, we know how addicting it is, even though there are moments that are traumatic.
Since the announcement of Twitter, Sassenachs have wondered what this story will be for. It looks like there’s going to be a segment on Good Morning America to promote the series as a whole and not individual cast projects. It’s time for the show to gain more mainstream recognition. After all, it’s one of STARZ’s leading shows.
This is a series that has helped boost tourism in Scotland considerably. It’s also encouraged people to do more research into 18th-century Scotland, the Jacobite cause, and the Battle of Culloden, among other historical events. The show has a lot to praise.

One thing fans hope that Ginger Zee will focus on (and I agree with them) is the brilliance of Sam Heughan’s acting. Yes, the other cast members are excellent, but Sam is often overlooked in terms of acting because of his appearance. There’s a lot of focus on his good looks, his body, and more. However, it’s time to focus on what really matters for the series.
Ginger certainly understands that wish. As a female meteorologist, she shares that she’s often judged upon because of her looks. So, she’s certainly going to offer Sam the respect and honor he deserves.
Whatever the segment, I can’t wait to see it!
