25 best Claire and Jamie moments on Outlander: The new ring enters the list
Outlander Season 4 was full of some beautiful Claire and Jamie moments. The new ring has made it to the 25 best Claire and Jamie moments so far list, but where is it placed?
Before Outlander Season 4 premiered, I created a list of the 25 best Claire and Jamie moments so far. Now that the fourth season is over, I’m going to update the list with a few events from the season. After all, it is a 25 best moments so far piece.
The season started with Claire’s Lallybroch ring being stolen by Stephen Bonnet. Six episodes in, Jamie managed to get a replacement for it, and there’s no denying that giving that ring was beautiful and sweet. It’s made it onto the best Claire and Jamie moments so far and you can check out where on the list it is.

For book fans, this was a moment we’d been waiting for. It came much sooner in the books and there was a fear that the show would completely overlook it. After all, there’s only so long the iron ring would have lasted, even with 20th-century care!
Adding it into Season 4 made it far more beautiful. At this point, it was clear Claire and Jamie were struggling to find time together as they constantly had guests or other problems at hand. We’d already seen Jamie taking his mother’s candlestick holder and he’d arranged with Murtagh to a ring made out of it. Having Murtagh be the one creating the ring added that extra layer of love and care.
It’s only right that it makes it onto the best Claire and Jamie moments.
