If you have an Amazon Prime membership in the U.S., you can get access to Amazon Channels. This is available in some select other parts of the world. Is STARZ through Amazon Channel really worth it, though?
There are a few ways to get access to STARZ. The most direct way is to get it through the STARZ site. You’ll pay STARZ directly and get full access to the app, along with all the content that comes with it. But did you know you can also get access to STARZ through Amazon Channels if you have an Amazon Prime membership in the U.S.?
This is also available in some other parts of the world. However, there are some restrictions to content internationally, depending on what STARZ has fully released. For example, Counterpart is only just available through the Amazon Prime STARZ connection in the UK.
When in the U.S., is there really any point in getting your STARZ access through Amazon Channels? Are you missing out on anything?

While there are some restrictions (some Amazon Channel subscriptions don’t offer live viewing, but that shouldn’t be the case for STARZ), you can gain a number of benefits by going through Amazon Channels. To start with, the price is the same as if you went directly to the site. You’ll still pay $8.99 per month and get the 7-day free trial. Going through some other services can lead to you paying more than that to get just the channel!
The monthly payment is made with your Amazon Prime payment, so everything comes from the one account. Amazon then pays STARZ. So, you don’t have to deal with multiple different bills coming out at different points of the month. You’ll still be able to log in directly to the STARZ app and use on all your different devices.
One of the downsides is that multiple Amazon Prime accounts can’t be connected to one STARZ account. However, if you’re living together, you probably have one account for all, right?
With the STARZ app, you’ll be able to watch Outlander as much as you want. Plus, you get to watch it live on the day, instead of waiting for it to come on Amazon Prime Video the next day. STARZ app users often get access at midnight on the day a new episode airs, so you can watch it before the 8/7c showi
Think about STARZ through Amazon Channels as you get ready for Outlander Season 4. It could be the best decision you make.
