When will Outlander Season 3 premiere on More4?
UK fans have finally had the chance to see Season 2 on More4, so what about Season 3? When will Outlander Season 3 premiere on the UK network?
Outlander Season 2 has officially come to an end on More4. Last night was the season finale, “Dragonfly in Amber,” bringing the season a full circle to Claire stepping back through the stones to Frank. Now you’ll want to know about Outlander Season 3. When will it air on More4 for the UK fans?
There’s some good and bad news. The good news is that the third season will come to TV screens in the UK, as it’s already aired in the United States. You can actually already watch it through Amazon Prime Video in the UK if you have a Prime membership.
The bad news is that Outlander Season 3 won’t premiere for another year. The show is two years behind the Stateside airing, so don’t expect the season to air until the summer of 2019. Maybe More4 will be able to air it earlier, but this will depend on a number of factors.

Outlander Season 3 sees Claire and Jamie separated. The first five episodes don’t see them share much in the way of screen time. In fact, the screen time they do share is due to flashes and hallucinations. You’ll have to wait for Episode 6 for the big Claire and Jamie reunion, in a longer-than-normal episode, “A. Malcolm.”
What you will get to see in the first set of episodes is what the two have been up to over the course of 20 years. Jamie’s timeline is slowed down more than Claire’s, as there’s more to get through in the first 10 years or so of the separation. For Claire, 20 years pass by in the space of three episodes.
