4 reasons Jamie should travel to Claire’s time in Outlander (and 4 he shouldn’t)
There are many wishes and wants in the world of Outlander. Some fans would love to see Jamie travel to Claire’s time. Here are five reasons that would be awesome, but five reasons we really don’t want it to happy.
Would you like to see Jamie travel through time to be with Claire in the future? It would certainly be much safer than asking Claire and his family to live in an extremely dangerous time, especially for women. We know that Jamie can’t time travel in Outlander, but that doesn’t stop the fan fiction, right?
So, with the fan fiction but the realities in mind, it’s time to look at what could be. Why do some fans want to see Jamie in the 20th century? Why do others prefer him to remain where he is?

I’ll go on the record to say that I like it just the way that Outlander is written. I like the time travel rules that are set up and the fact that not everyone is able to go through the stones. While I do wonder how he’d react, the glimpses we’ve seen with things he’s heard and when he’s seen photos and other inventions has been enough to get an idea.
That isn’t enough for everyone, though, right?
Here are five reasons seeing Jamie in Claire’s time would be so awesome and five reasons he should stay put in the 18th century.
