Sam Heughan shares just how proud his mom is
While chatting about Outlander season 4 on This Morning Sam Heughan let everyone know just how proud his mom is of him.
Sam Heughan’s mom couldn’t be more proud of him. That is according to Sam Heughan himself who, while talking about Outlander season 4 to presenters Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield on This Morning, revealed she doesn’t quite realize how big of a star he has become.
It’s a really cute nugget of information actually. Heughan’s mom sends him little newspaper clippings of her little boy, unaware that he is plastered all over the place and is one of the most recognized people on Hollywood Boulevard.

There was a little awkward moment where Holly Willoughby pointed out the obvious question. Just how much of Outlander has your mom watched?
A valid question because we all know, as does Sam, that he doesn’t exactly spend a lot of time with his clothes on. Regardless of the awkwardness, Sam clearly enjoys the knowledge that being Jamie Fraser in Outlander has made his mom proud.
