There are a lot of theories and questions after the Outlander season 7 finale. How is it possible that Faith Fraser survived. Well, what if it wasn’t Faith Fraser?
With Outlander: Blood of My Blood telling us that both of Claire’s parents traveled to the past, is it possible that the two of them had another child? Is it possible that Julia was pregnant as she went through the stones, or does she find Henry and the two get to live their lives together and build a family in the past?

Could Fanny and Jane be Claire’s great-nieces in Outlander?
There’s a big belief that everything is fated in the world of Outlander. After all, how do people who are able to time travel keep coming into each other’s lives? It’s all connected, and it could make sense that Claire and Jamie haven’t come across their granddaughters but Claire’s great nieces.
Claire is sure that Fanny and Jane’s mother, Faith, is her and Jamie’s Faith. Fanny was heard singing “Oh, I Do Like To Be Beside The Seaside,” a song that came out in the 20th century. It doesn’t make sense for Fanny to know it unless someone from the future raised her. Claire will know that that was the song she sang to her stillborn baby, Faith.
With Master Raymond coming to apologize for something unknown, Claire is left wondering if somehow Master Raymond brought Faith back from the dead. Maybe he raised her, and she was able to have children of her own.

Julia and Henry may have another child in Outlander: Blood of My Blood
However, there is a simpler explanation that Outlander: Blood of My Blood could offer. What if Julia and Henry have another child? What if that child is raised in the past, with Julia singing the same song that Claire once sang to her stillborn daughter? That child could then have children of their own, leading to a daughter called Faith.
If the song was continually sang, it would make sense that Faith would sing it to Jane and Fanny. Faith could have headed to the Colonies, believing it to be a safer place, and may not have even known that she was a descendant of time travelers. Or, maybe she learned from Julia and Henry that Claire has headed there, and that she should go to reunite the family.
With that, comes a more reasonable explanation for Fanny and Jane to end up in a similar place to Claire and Jamie. It leads to this deeper connection in Outlander season 8.
