Sam Heughan’s Sassenach Whisky is heading to more parts of the U.S.
Sassenach Whisky is something that many Outlander fans want to try. Even if they’re not whiskey drinkers, they want to try the brand that comes from Sam Heughan and support him in his business.
Earlier this year, parts of the U.S. were able to get their hands on the delicious, albeit expensive, whiskey. Other parts of the U.S. (and the world) wondered when they would get a chance to try. It was all about the distribution deals and legalities, but we knew it would certainly be worth the wait.
There’s not much longer to wait now. Earlier this month, Sam Heughan confirmed that Sassenach Whisky is on its way to the U.S. and the UK in November 2020.
When will Sassenach Whisky come to the rest of the world?
Right now, there isn’t a set date. We just have the release month. It’s better than nothing.
You can sign up to the newsletter on the official website. This will make sure you’re alerted once there is a date in your area.
The release month is perfect, though. This is when the Clanlands book is going to be released. You’ll be able to grab your copy of that and enjoy Scottish-distilled whiskey at the same time. Hopefully, Men in Kilts will be released around the same time to tie in with the book.
What about the rest of the world? There’s more information to come later. Dates are still being organized and eventually, the whiskey should be available globally. Register so you get an email when the date is set for your area.
Of course, you can also register to pre-order Caitriona Balfe’s Forget Me Not gin at the same time. You know you want to!
Sassenach Whisky from Sam Heughan will be released in the U.S. and UK in November 2020.
