We’re picking up off the back of the previous episode. You all remember how it ended. There’s absolutely no way that it could slip your mind. Claire has been abducted and Jamie rushed out to light the cross. He’s declaring war.
This is a major deal. Jamie promised to only light it when he was declaring war, and he’s declared war for Claire. He will get men loyal to him join him in the fight against the abductors, who we know are connected to Lionel Brown.
Meanwhile, we’ll find out where Brianna, Roger, and Jemmy have ended up. During the previous episode, they chose to go through the stones. On the other side, both Bree and Roger were surprised by the things they saw. Jemmy had happily run toward someone. It suggests they haven’t traveled all that far into the future after all.
The initial synopsis only told is that Claire was struggling with the ordeal her captives were putting her through. However, a longer synopsis tells us that Brianna and Roger’s journey will take a surprising turn. Just how surprising is it? At least we’ll get to know!
