5 best moments from Outlander Season 4, Episode 10
4. Claire supporting Brianna
The argument was a major moment of the episode so it’s hard not to look at it for any good moments. My favorite for Claire was supporting her daughter. I know this is a contentious moment for fans, but for me, Claire was simply a mother looking out for her daughter.
And I’m not the only person who loved it. TV Time has it ranked as one of its users’ favorite moments from the episode. It’s a powerful part that shows the bond between Claire and Brianna is strong.
Despite loving Jamie, Claire was needed by someone else. It wasn’t a selfish move or one that slighted Jamie. The only thing Claire did wrong was keeping Bonnet a secret for Brianna, but I don’t blame her for standing by her daughter.
3. Murtagh and Brianna seeing Jocasta
This wasn’t on the list of moments for the fans, but I loved it. While it wasn’t one of my favorite Brianna moments, it is one of my top moments. It’s all about Murtagh.
You can see the fondness he has for Jocasta. The books have always said that Jocasta was a lot like Ellen and Murtagh will likely be able to see that. More importantly, he has a chance to reminisce with someone he hasn’t seen for decades.
After everything Murtagh has been through, he deserves some happiness of his own. Now he’s seen Jocasta again, there’s a chance for that.
