There’s some extremely exciting news for Outlander fans in the UK. In fact, if you love any of the shows on STARZ, there’s some awesome news. STARZPLAY is coming to Virgin Media UK. What does it mean for those who want to watch shows on the network?
The full details aren’t exactly clear, but Variety reports that UK viewers will be able to watch the STARZPLAY Channel on Virgin Media. Everything that airs on STARZ will air on the STARZPLAY Channel, meaning you’ll get to watch Outlander, Counterpart, Vida, and all the other STARZ shows on your TV screen.

Think of it like watching on More4, but you’ll get the content at the same time (or at least close to the same time) as your American counterparts. You won’t need access to Amazon Prime to watch either, which is the current way many UK fans get to watch their favorite STARZ shows.
The news comes after the more recent expansion by STARZ into Europe. During the summer, STARZ offered its app to UK members through Amazon Channels. This works similarly to the U.S. Amazon Channels, where you get to sign up to the service through Prime and get access to everything from STARZ.
The difference now is you’ll get it on the TV and get to watch live. Plus, you can sign up to STARZ directly. It’ll cost £4.99 in the UK, and you’ll get access to the app, so you can watch Outlander and all your other favorites live.
More great news is that STARZ is expanding into more European countries. France, Spain, and Italy will get access through Amazon Channels.
