2. There’s another set of standing stones

Claire finds a skull with silver filings, indicating there are more who have traveled through time in this area. Shortly after this, there’s a set of standing stones. While this could certainly be the stones at Craig na Dun, there’s a hint that this is another set of standing stones. After all, another set does come up in “Drums of Autumn.”

Of course, we also know that Brianna and Roger eventually travel to the past. There’s the possibility that these stones are Craig na Dun’s and the hint of the cute couple making their way back in time.

1. There’s no Brianna and Roger

Something that is important to point out is the lack of Brianna and Roger. We get first looks at Aunt Jocasta, Ulysses, and Stephen Bonnet, and there’s plenty about life in the Colonies, but absolutely nothing of life in Scotland. This is why I wonder whether the standing stones are another set in North Carolina.

Brianna and Roger play an extremely important part in Outlander Season 4. Not even getting a glimpse of them is disappointing. We also don’t get a glimpse of Fergus and Marsali, so just what role will they play in finding a home in the Colonies?
