More Outlander guests added to Wizard World Chicago

Wizard World Chicago goers will get more Outlander treats. Three more exciting members of the book and TV series have been added.

In case you were looking for something extra from Outlander to convince you to go to Wizard World Chicago, you’ve got it! Three more members from the book and TV series community have been added. This is on top of the two already confirmed guests: Caitriona Balfe and Sam Heughan.

The three newest members added to the guest lineup are Sophie Skelton, Graham McTavish, and Outlander series author and creator Diana Gabaldon. It will be an exciting time for many fans of the books and show, regardless of where you are up to in either.

Despite Heughan canceling his Creation Ent Outlander con appearance in Las Vegas, he is still planning to be at Wizard World Chicago, which takes place at the end of August. He’ll be there for two days (Saturday and Sunday) along with his co-star Bale. Skelton is also scheduled to be there for the two days.

McTavish, who played Dougal MacKenzie on the series, will be there for all three days at the moment. Gabaldon is only there on the Saturday, so you’ll want to make sure you plan accordingly to see everyone you want.

Photo ops are now available for the group of Outlander stars. You can get photos with the individuals or opt for group shots. One of those is with the two stars of the show and Gabaldon, while you can also get a photo op and autograph combo with Gabaldon to save money.

The autograph with Gabaldon also includes a copy of “Written in My Own Heart’s Blood,” the eighth novel from the series. This is one that can be signed, but you can also bring a copy of your own books if you’d like.

There are also Outlander packages still available, which include photo ops and autographs with the various stars of the show.
