Live Web Interview with Diana Gabaldon

Diana has said on her website and Facebook that she will not be going on a book tour for the release of either The Outlandish Companion Vol. 2 or The Offician Outlander Coloring Book. Both of those books will be released in late October of this year.

Instead, Diana will be participating in a live web interview that is being put on by Diana’s local bookstore, The Poisoned Pen.

The exact date of the event has not yet been released, but is set to be in mid-October (so we don’t have wait long!).

The Poisoned Pen, as always, will have signed copies of [most of] Diana’s books, including the two new ones: The Outlandish Companion Vol. Two and The Official Outlander Coloring Book. The Outlandish Companion is a sort of non-fiction companion book to the last four Outlander novels and, if anything like the first companion, will include family trees, novel synopses, maps, recipes, excerpts from Diana about the writing process and tons of other neat resources. The coloring book will include approximately 45 images from the first book, Outlander, for fans to color. Diana wanted to be clear in one of her blog posts recently that this is not an “adult” coloring book- neither X-rated nor especially intricate (in the ways of the newest “adult coloring book” fad).

Fans are able to submit questions for the event. Questions will be selected before the interview and Diana will answer them during the event, which will be available to stream live and replay world-wide. To submit questions for the event, please click HERE.
