The Collectors edition Blu-ray set features goodies like a 32-page book with pictures, script excerpts, a gag reel, deleted scenes, Starz Outlander podcast and an extended version of episodes.

EW got an exclusive look at one of the deleted scenes from Season One Episode Ten By the Pricking of My Thumbs“. The clip shows Jamie (Sam Heughan) trying to reassure Claire (Caitriona Balfe) he would not be hurt in the dual with the Duke of Sandringham. Claire is not so sure Jamie is right, with the luck our time traveling twosome has been having. In true Claire fashion, she insults Jamie claiming he is just a stable boy. A comment like that would be a stab to the heart to a young man’s ego, but Jamie does not back down and reminds her she is married to the Laird of Lallybroch.

While this never happens in the book the deleted scene is a beautiful depiction of the early years of  Claire and Jamie’s marriage. Many times the Claire and Jamie moments from the book did not make it on the screen to give time for the other story lines. Fans are hopeful we will get more scenes in Season Two with the unstoppable Frasers of Lallybroch.
