Many people believe that pirating sites are a thing of the past. However, House of the Dragon fans will point out that they are still around.
Think back to the 2000s. There were plenty of pirate sites out there, with some more trusted and user-friendly than others. However, with copyright holders attempting to put an end to piracy forever, many of these sites shut down.
Not all of them, though. You just need to be a little more tech-savvy to get to them. You also need to be much more careful when it comes to downloading files if you are going to use them. There are claims from some pirate sites that they have House of the Dragon Season 2, Episode 9, but that is not the case. Don’t download it!
Not that we condone pirating, by the way! We fully support getting content in the legitimate ways to make sure those involved in creating it is paid. What you do is up to you!
House of the Dragon Season 2, Episode 9 doesn’t exist
House of the Dragon Season 2, Episode 9 does not exist. This isn’t that it hasn’t come out yet. It simply does not exist. And it will not exist.
No, the season was not split in two like Outlander. No, the series hasn’t taken a break from airing episodes. The second season was only eight episodes long, and it was highly publicized because a lot of fans complained about the show having two less episodes this season compared to the first.
HBO has asked Google to take down TorrentFreak’s link to a supposed Episode 9. This isn’t just to protect its own copyright, but to protect people who would go to download that file. That file is full of viruses, and that’s the true intent of these people “creating” fake episodes for people to download. Those who have no idea that it doesn’t exist will download the file and find out their computer has been destroyed. Hackers have ways into information, and it can lead to identity fraud.
It's not surprising that people have taken to creating some of their own content. The House of the Dragon Season 2 finale was disappointing to say the least. However, a true Episode 9 doesn’t exist. If you really are going to pirate, don’t download this episode!
