As soon as Dylan Cooper was arrested on Miss Scarlet season 6 episode 4, we knew that there was going to be trouble. After all, this is a man with a lot of power and respect, so it’s not surprising that his prison transfer is going to cause problems for Blake on Miss Scarlet season 6 episode 5.
He’s supposed to be transferred that night, but with a mob growing outside of the prison, it’s clear that can’t happen. And we all know that Cooper is up to something, but with Scotland Yard shut down, could there be trouble on the inside?
It’s a long night for Blake and Willows on Miss Scarlet season 6 episode 5
Blake and Willows are in for a long night on Miss Scarlet season 6 episode 5. Blake is being forced to shut down Scotland Yard. Nobody will come in or go out, and that could lead to some issues inside. After all, what is someone on the inside already to carry out some bigger plan?
With the phone lines going down, there is no way to call in for backup if needed. And let’s not believe that the phone lines are going down just because of the weather. This is far too coincidental, and we know that coincidences don’t happen in the world of TV.
It looks like Cooper is struggling with being locked behind bars, as well. He tells the police that they can’t leave him “in here,” assuming his cell. Is something happening with his cellmate? Does somebody actually want him dead, while others want to spring him out of prison?
Miss Scarlet goes to see Blake on Miss Scarlet
Meanwhile, we have questions about Eliza in all of this. She heads to see Blake during the promo, making it clear that she never lied to him. And she didn’t. Not really, when you consider the position that she was put in.
Eliza has a duty to her clients to keep information confidential, and Blake needs to respect that. While she did tell a small lie about why she was going to Southampton, the real reason she went was due to work. It didn’t really matter why she was going in the first place. Although maybe Eliza should have just said it was for a client, and then Blake would have had to accept that he couldn’t ask any more questions.
At the end of Miss Scarlet season 6 episode 4, it looked like their relationship was going to come to an end. Will the threat on Scotland Yard change everything?
