How to watch the Outlander Season 6 finale live
Can you believe we’re at the Outlander Season 6 finale? This is not an episode you’ll want to miss, but how can you watch it live?
The Outlander Season 6 finale brings us some bittersweet feelings. We want to know how the season ends, but it also means the start of another Droughtlander. Everyone will agree that Droughtlander is hard, although this one shouldn’t be as long as the last. Season 7 is filming right now!
So, we’re gearing up for the last episode of the season. Expect it to end on a cliffhanger. There were supposed to be 12 episodes to the season, but the pandemic and Caitriona Balfe’s pregnancy caused production to wrap earlier than initially planned. This meant reducing the season to eight episodes and reworking a couple of things here and there.
There is a lot still to come. There’s no way that the eight episodes could cover it all. We just hope it brings an end to Claire being accused of murder.
Claire and Jamie fight for freedom in the Outlander Season 6 finale
The episode will see Jamie refuse to allow Richard Brown to take Claire for questioning. Richard expected this, which is why he’s brought a bunch of men. Richard likely knew that it would all come down to a showdown, and that’s what will happen.
Claire and Jamie take refuge in the house, but they don’t have help coming. The fisherfolk believe Claire did it, and they want justice for Malva. Jamie will have to allow Claire to go, but that doesn’t mean he has to let her go alone.
Check out the promo and synopsis for the Outlander Season 6 finale:
"Richard Brown and his Committee of Safety arrive to arrest Claire for murder. However, due to the rising political tensions in the colonies, Brown’s plan to find a judge for a trial does not go as expected."
