We get a first look at Outlander Season 5’s blooper reel ahead of the DVD release

We know the Outlander cast likes to have fun on set, and we get a look at that in the Outlander Season 5 bloopers.

Entertainment Tonight shared the first minute of the reel. In it, our favorite actors have some mishaps, forget their lines, or just goof off to have a good time.

Caitriona Balfe and Sophie Skelton hilariously explain “the steps” of acting, Lauren Lyle nails the motion of riding on a horse (without the horse), and poor Sam Heughan can’t seem to get Jamie’s glasses on.

Outlander is such a dramatic show and honestly with the state of the world right now, I think we can all use a laugh. And it’s always so great to see the sillier side of our wonderful cast.

I know we all dread Droughtlander, but I have to say we’ve been pretty lucky with a lot of extra goodies since the Season 5 finale aired—whether it was the PaleyFest panel, the End of Summer series, or all the other little tidbits we’ve gotten along the way.

And this last tease certainly has us ready for the release of the Outlander Season 5 DVD, Blu-ray, and Collector’s Edition on Sept. 15. We’re going to be treated to even more new content that will keep us a bit more distracted during Droughtlander. It’s not the same as new episodes, but it’s still very exciting!
