It looks like we could finally see Young Ian learn the truth about Claire, Brianna, and Roger. He knows something. He made a point of saying that Jamie and Claire are keeping things from everyone. There’s something he’s brought back from the Mohawk tribe that he lived with which has opened his eyes to the truth.
