Will we see Adso show up in Outlander Season 5, Episode 5?

All eyes are on when Adso the cat will show up since it happened early on in The Fiery Cross. Will it happen in Outlander Season 5, Episode 5?

There has been one character that every Outlander fan has been excited to meet. It’s all been about Adso the cat. Will we see the furry feline in Outlander Season 5, Episode 5?

Book fans expected Adso to have been introduced by now. During “The Fiery Cross,” Jamie comes across the stray cat on the way back from the Gathering. Since the Gathering never took place and Brianna and Roger married at Fraser’s Ridge, that couldn’t happen. And so, we were left wondering when and how Adso would be introduced.

Claire has now left Jamie behind. She and Roger are heading to Fraser’s Ridge so she can help the Beardsley twins while Jamie continues on from Brownsville with the militia. This gives the writers the opportunity to bring Adso into the story.

After all, we know that Adso is coming into the story. He’s been a prominent part of discussions during Droughtlander, and we’ve had photos of him shared on social media. In fact, there have been official promo shots with him included from STARZ. We just never got to know when he would show up.

We’d had a shot of Jamie passing Claire the feline. It looks like Jamie is coming back from dealing with Hillsborough and Claire is at home, which suggests that Adso’s introduction could happen within the next two episodes. The halfway mark would be an excellent time, right?

Episode 5 is going to see Jamie at Hillsborough. There’s a chance we’ll see him head back to the Ridge in Episode 6, dealing with whatever the next problem is with the Regulators. As he heads back, the writers can include Jamie finding Adso the stray cat almost the same as it was written in the book.
