Outlander Season 5 premieres in one month

We’re into the final weeks of Droughtlander. Outlander Season 5 premieres on STARZ in just a month.

It’s been one hell of a Droughtlander, but the end is almost in sight. We’re into the final weeks, with Outlander Season 5 premiering next month.

Yes, there is just one month to go. This time next month, many of you will have already caught the premiere episode on the STARZ App. After all, it does drop at midnight in local time zones. For those who watch on the channel, you’ll be getting ready for the new episode at 8/7c.

There has been plenty of promotion from STARZ throughout Droughtlander, and it’s certainly ramped up in recent weeks. We’ve had the opening credits, the trailer, and even multiple promo posters.

Just recently, we got to see an Inside the World teaser, with the cast breaking down what we can expect during Season 5. This was timed with the STARZ TCA, where we also found out great stuff about the future of the series.

The most exciting this is knowing that Sam Heughan and Caitriona Balfe are producers, and they’ve certainly had some say. We know that Sam was the one to suggest Jamie wear the uniform of the British Army, something that is different to the books. But it’s different in an exciting way as we know what this would mean to Jamie and Claire.

Then there’s the excitement of seeing more intimacy from the couples. Claire and Jamie have some quite moments based on the trailer and the Inside the World snippet. Brianna and Roger will have some important moments now that they’re parents and living together in the 18th century.

Things are changing and the world is dangerous, so expect plenty of drama. It’s all coming soon!
