Outlander Season 3 is heading to Netflix U.S. later this month. What time can you start streaming the 13 episodes that make up the season?
Netflix will stream the third season of the hit STARZ original, Outlander. It’s great news for those who don’t have STARZ—whether through choice or cost. And while it’s only Outlander Season 3 being added, it’s better than no extra seasons at all.
Now you’ll want to know the time that it will be available. When can you start streaming all 13 episodes that make up the season?

Netflix releases content at midnight PT. You’ll be able to work that out for your own timezones, but it’s unlikely to be any earlier than midnight. In fact, sometimes it’s 12:01 a.m. PT just to make sure Netflix is on the right day! Stingy, right?
All 13 episodes of the season will be available at once on Dec. 10. For those who have never seen it because Netflix was their first introduction when the first two seasons were added, this is going to be a great chance to learn more. You’ll be taken on the voyage across the high seas after dealing with that 20-year separation for our lead characters.
What about Season 4? It’s not clear when that will be on Netflix just yet. It’s not likely to be until next year. After all, STARZ will want to make sure there’s a reason to keep subscribers. I’m honestly surprised the show headed to Netflix in the U.S. anyway!
If you want to get caught up with the fourth season before Season 5 premieres in February, then you’ll need to get a STARZ subscription. You’ll also need STARZ for the fifth season.
