Outlander Season 4 sees Claire and Jamie in the New World. After the events in Jamaica, the two find themselves washed ashore in Georgia. The fourth season picks up months later when they’re in North Carolina, looking for a way to sell their jewels and buy passage home. In the end, they decide to make a new life in North Carolina.

Now they need to find land. Do they decide to find a place near a town, or will they gain land from Governor Tryon? You just know which one it would be even if you hadn’t read the novels. Nothing can remain simple for the Frasers and land from the governor will certainly keep things interesting for them.

This season also gave us a story in the 1960s/70s. Brianna and Roger attempted to navigate their relationship, but things are routinely strained as they both want something different. However, they soon realize that maybe they do want the same thing, especially when they both end up in the past.
