Outlander Season 1, Episode 10 delivered an episode that saw Claire and Jamie separated by the end. Meanwhile, Dougal and Geillis lost their spouses. Here are my favorite moments from the episode.

During Outlander Season 1, Episode 10, we got a lot of movement forward in the plot. After learning that Laoghaire got the ill-wish from Geillis, Claire decided to take matters into her own hands. Meanwhile, Ned found a way to potentially clear Jamie’s name.

In the end, there was a little hope but the Frasers found themselves forcibly separated by Colum. It’s time to look at my favorite moments from “By the Pricking of the Thumbs.”

5. Ned finding a way to help clear Jamie’s name

Ned wasn’t introduced until the group went out on the rental party but he immediately proved himself as a valuable asset. During this episode, we got to see him back at work, looking at the law. He knew that the justice system was unfair, but he wasn’t just going to give up.

With the name becoming a useless piece of knowledge at the moment, Ned decided to find another way to help Jamie clear his name. He thought it would be better to help Black Jack Randall lose the protection he had.

Most other characters would have just given up. We got to see Ned as a smart, calculating, but fair man. This quickly made him a firm favorite for me and I’ve loved seeing him show up now and against since this point.
