The Spanish Princess is something many Outlander fans are looking at to cure some of Droughtlander. You’ll be able to start watching it in May.
Outlander fans everywhere are looking for ways to get through Droughtlander. STARZ could offer the perfect option with The Spanish Princess, which is coming to the cable network in May.
For those who haven’t heard, The Spanish Princess is the follow-up limited series to The White Princess, which was a follow-up to The White Queen. All series are based on the books by Philippa Gregory, telling the tales of important women in Wars of the Roses and Tudor history. The Spanish Princess focuses on Katherine of Aragon, the wife of both Arthur Tudor and his brother Henry VIII of England.
There isn’t long to wait for it now. The Spanish Princess debuts on STARZ on May 5, 2019. The show will be released on a weekly basis, just like Outlander and most other STARZ shows. There is a chance that Lionsgate opts to release all at once on the app should the series not perform as well as hoped.
Charlotte Hope plays the lead character, although many Game of Thrones fans will recognize her as the dastardly, spiteful Myranda. She’s joined by Downton Abbey‘s Laura Carmichael, Striking Out’s Stephanie Levi-John, and Teen Spirit‘s Ruairi O’Connor.
