STARZ has finally made it to Canada through the streaming service Crave. However, not all STARZ Originals are on the list. Will Outlander be on the streaming service?

Last year, Canadians learned that Bell was partnering with STARZ to bring the streamer to Canada. There was hope that would mean every single STARZ Original, including Outlander, would be available. Is that the case?

Unfortunately, it’s not the case right now. While the likes of VidaSweetbitter, and Counterpart are on the service, some of them are missing. This is due to licensing restrictions. For example, American Gods may be a STARZ Original but it’s billed as a Prime Original in Canada and it looks like it’s staying that way. At least, for now!

Outlander, meanwhile, comes to Netflix. It looks like there are no plans to stop that for the time being. However, when the current deal comes to an end, we could see a chance and the time-traveling love story make its way to the new STARZ on Crave.

You get everything else with the service. Other Originals are available, the movies that come to STARZ can be watched, and you get access to two of the live networks. The White Queen and The White Princess are on the service and the upcoming The Spanish Princess will likely join.

Right now, it may not be something for you. The first three seasons of Claire and Jamie’s tale will remain on Netflix and the fourth should come soon. However, if you’re in Canada, it may be worth keeping an eye out for the show coming to the new Crave + STARZ deal.
