Graham McTavish heading to Starfury’s Lucifer con in 2020

It may not be Outlander, but there’s a chance to see Graham McTavish at a convention in Britain. Starfury’s Lucifer con in 2020 has booked our own Dougal MacKenzie as a guest.

Starfury has landed an Outlander star for its Lucifer con in 2020. Graham McTavish will head to the UK location next February.

While it may not be a convention for our series, it’s still going to be fun to see McTavish on the stage, chatting about his experiences and his enjoyment for acting. But why Lucifer? If you haven’t heard, McTavish will play a priest in Lucifer Season 4, which debuts on Netflix sometime this year.

It’s more than a year away, though. Lucifer con 2020 (which is called Lux by Starfury, after the name of the club the devil runs) will be held between Feb. 8 and 10, 2020.

Now all eyes are on Highlanders 4, the Outlander convention run by the same company. So far, only David Berry is confirmed as a guest, but that list will gradually grow. There’s hope that McTavish will join the list of guests, along with the main cast, including Caitriona Balfe and Sam Heughan. The convention isn’t until August, so there’s still time to get the guest list together.

As for Lux 2, McTavish is the first confirmed guest for it. This isn’t surprising since it’s so far in advance and the current Lucifer convention is only just taking place. Plus, with it being so far in advance, the main stars may not want to commit until they know their schedule a little better.

While Graham McTavish is currently booked, there is a chance that he will have to cancel. Filming schedules and projects will always have to come first, which us Outlander fans know all too well.
