Outlander Season 4, Episode 10 ratings: Total audience at season high
Outlander Season 4, Episode 10 had a strong week for the ratings. The total audience was at a season high. What about the demo?
The total audience figures were at a season high when it comes to the Outlander Season 4, Episode 10 ratings. These are for the Live + Same Day ratings, which doesn’t include the streaming numbers from STARZ’s app. What about the key demo and what do the ratings mean for the series?
The demo also saw an uptick. While not at a season-high, it has tied for second place. With a 35% increase, the demo was the same as when Brianna and Roger went through the stones in “Down the Rabbit Hole.” The total audience ticked up by 14.90% from the previous week to 1.157 million.

This is a good sign for the series. While still not the heights of Season 3, the ratings have held well since the beginning. There were some worries at the very beginning of the season, as we saw a sharp decline in Live + Same Day viewers between Episodes 1 and 2.
As I always like to remind readers, the ratings don’t include those who view through the STARZ app. STARZ doesn’t release these figures, but we know that there are plenty who have signed up and watch at midnight on Sundays. Between the app, Amazon Channels, Hulu’s subscription, and more, it’s extremely easy and convenient to watch through STARZ.
Outlander has already been renewed for Seasons 5 and 6. These ratings are more about bragging rights. The series remains in third place across all STARZ shows, but this considers American Gods‘ ratings and that show hasn’t been on since 2017 (but will return in March).
Comparing with STARZ’s other Sunday program, Counterpart, Claire and Jamie are certainly set for a long future if these sorts of ratings hold. The lead-in from Outlander isn’t working for the dimension-traveling series, which sits at the bottom of STARZ programming with 0.207 million total viewers and 0.03 in the demo, according to TV Series Finale.
