For the most part, Outlander Season 4, Episode 9 was a happy episode. All the way up to those final minutes, we got an episode of reunions and meetings, helping to bring closure to one storyline and open up another. Now it’s time to break down that episode and look at Brianna’s best moments.

More from Top Moments

And Brianna certainly had some strong moments throughout. We got to see her meet Jamie, Murtagh, and Young Ian. She reunited with her mother. This was also the episode she learned more about how Claire’s ring was stolen, setting up the events at the end completely unintentionally.

What are Brianna’s best moments? I’ll start with the most obvious one and work my way through my favorites.

5. Meeting Jamie for the first time

Brianna finally got to meet her father. After learning that the Frasers were in Wilmington, Brianna refocused her efforts. Roger was gone and there was nothing she could do about that, so she had to focus on why she was in the past in the first place.

I love that this whole moment stuck to the beauty and simplicity of the books. We got to see Brianna release the emotions and fall into her father. Despite that feeling of betraying Frank, she’d finally found the man she had spent months looking for.

You could see the relief in her face and feel the happiness from her body. She became like a child again, and Jamie fully accepted her in his arms.
