With an episode that was evenly split between the two couples of the series, it’s important to look at the best moments equally. After already looking at Jamie’s moments, now it’s time for Roger’s.
Did he have any excellent moments? Of course he did, and here are the best Roger moments from Outlander Season 4, Episode 8, titled “Wilmington.”
3. His search for Brianna
It looked like Roger was going to give up at one point. However, he tirelessly searched for Brianna in the hope that he’d find her somewhere in Wilmington. He knew her ship had docked, so she had to be somewhere.
At one point he bumped into Fergus. You just wanted someone to tell them that they were closer to each other than they would know at this point. You wanted Roger to somehow psychically figure out that Fergus knew Claire and Jamie, which would help him get a step closer to Brianna.
It wasn’t meant to be, unfortunately. However, Roger tirelessly looking for Brianna showed his care and devotion to her and it was an excellent moment.
