Outlander Season 4, Episode 6 gave us another emotional reunion. Lord John Grey certainly stole the show and here are my favorite three moments.
We knew that there would be another reunion in Episode 6 and that Lord John Grey was returning. Outlander Season 4, Episode 6 certainly didn’t disappoint. There were plenty of emotional moments, as well as sweet and kind moments.
Unlike Jamie and Claire’s, I’m only going to focus on three moments for Lord John Grey this week. While he is an important character, he isn’t the main focus in the series. Plus, I feel like if I did five, I’d just put every important moment from the episode.
So, here are my three favorite Lord John Grey moments in “Blood of My Blood.”
3. Warning Jamie about Willie’s memories

To start with, we got Lord John Grey going to see Jamie alone. There was this beautiful reunion and it was clear that Lord John’s feelings for Jamie have never changed. However, that’s not why I loved it so much.
I adored that John thought of Jamie’s feelings before turning up. He knew that it would be hard to see Willie again but that it would be something Jamie should get to do. When he turned up, he made it clear that Willie might not remember much about Jamie, who was known as Mac back then.
It shows the kindness in John’s heart. To be honest, it would have been a little kinder to write first but this moment gave us John’s thoughtfulness once he got to Fraser’s Ridge. He could quell disappointment just in case.
