There were many excitable moments throughout Outlander Season 4, Episode 4. It was a tale that would see the start of two time periods joining into one. As Roger gave his news to Brianna, Claire and Jamie started building their home together.

Of course, nothing was as simple as bringing good news. Roger’s news led to Brianna making a decision to see her mom again. Claire and Jamie’s journey started with danger from the Native neighbors.

While the news she had wasn’t good news about the past, it was a moment that stood out for a number of reasons. The main wonderful thing about it was that Fiona had known the truth about the stones and about Claire going through them all this time.

She didn’t judge Roger for not telling her the truth years earlier. At no point was she angry or upset that he didn’t trust her. She just laughed it all off and brought him the news of the obituary anyway. This was her chance to finally deliver news that she’d found and held onto for some time.

Fiona is one of those sweet souls in Outlander. She’s pure and good and this moment proved that.
