Graham McTavish directorial debut hits goal, still adding perks

Graham McTavish is still adding perks for fans donating to his directorial debut. There’s still time and ability to donate, even though the goal has been met. More funds are better for the overall production.

In case you missed it, Graham McTavish is crowdsourcing for his directorial debut, titled This Guest of Summer. It’s a fun project that will have The Hobbit and Outlander fans alike looking out for, as it includes a number of actors McTavish has previously worked with. The campaign has now reached the goal amount, but we all know this was just a minimum needed to get the project off the ground.

To encourage more donations, McTavish continues to add more perks. The most recent is a fun audition session with Caitriona Balfe, who is best known as Claire Fraser in Outlander. There’s a hint that it doesn’t end well, but what exactly does that mean? Do we get to see a fun diva strop from the actress?

The audition is just something fun that the two actors have done, and it was done at one of the recent Outlander conventions judging by hair and clothing. It costs just $5 to get your hands on it and so far 118 people have claimed. Be aware, you may need some time traveling abilities, as the date set for it to be sent in August 2108. (*wink, wink*)

There are a number of perks depending on the amount you can donate towards the campaign. Some of these are sent to everyone, while others only have a limited supply to send out. That makes them more valuable, so the amounts are higher.

If you haven’t received your perk, definitely send out a tweet. Graham McTavish has been looking into what’s going on. It really is just a technology fail and he wants to make sure you get the perk you’ve donated to get.
