Creation Ents has added a third new guest to Outlander Las Vegas con since Sam Heughan’s unfortunate cancellation. The banner for the event has also been updated.

While Sam Heughan may not be at Outlander Las Vegas con, there are plenty of actors to get excited about. For the first time since “Prestonpans,” we’ll get to see Rupert and Angus together again, as Grant O’Rourke has now been added as a guest. Stephen Walters was already confirmed as the Master of Ceremonies.

O’Rourke will appear on Saturday and Sunday for the event. This includes on the stage, at the autographing table, and for photo ops. Those who have bought the Gold and Silver packages will be able to get O’Rourke’s autograph for free!

As well as adding the latest guest to make up for Heughan’s unfortunate cancellation due to press for A Spy Who Dumped Me and filming for Bloodshot, Creation Ents has updated the banner. It is now just a photo of Claire Fraser, during her time in the 1960s in Scotland. She stands at Lallybroch, possibly wishing like the rest of us that Heughan could still make it to the event.

The original banner was of both Claire and Jamie, standing on either side of the stones, which was the press image used for Outlander Season 3. It has been updated to reflect that only one of the co-stars is making it to the weekend.

So far, there have been no other cancellations. Creation Ents is still looking to add more guests, as the company wanted 4-5 guests to make up for the loss of one of the main stars. We’ll keep an eye on the guest list to let you know if it updates before July.
