Outlander Season 4 casting: Ainsley Jordan joining the cast

Outlander has added another Glasgow actress to their cast in the form of Ainsley Jordan.

While Outlander remains on Droughtlander, more and more casting news is coming out. That being said, it’s been minor characters added recently and that’s the case with the latest Outlander Season 4 casting news released. Glasgow actress, Ainsley Jordan, will join the series in the minor role of Judith Wylie. Her main importance in the series is to cause a little trouble for Claire Fraser.

Jordan isn’t new to acting and she has done a number of Shakespeare plays on stage, setting her up for the time period relatively well. She has also landed movie roles. However, this is her first step into the land of TV!

While Judith is just a small character, she is going to ruffle a few feathers. This is also not a character that the majority of fans will like, since she takes a dislike to main character Claire. Judith decides she dislikes Claire’s fashion sense. Poor Claire can’t catch a break with her clothing! Many fans didn’t like the Batdress and now a character on the series dislikes her Colonial clothing.

Filming for Outlander Season 4 continues around Scotland. The network is releasing a little information at a time, helping to keep the show in the minds of fans while Droughtlander continues.
