“Sing us a song of a lass that is gone”

Droughtlander can be made a bit easier now as you can soon get hold of the season3 Outlander music to play till your heart’s content. Composer Bear McCreary made the announcement via his own Twitter profile meaning that the time between now and season 4 just got a whole lot easier.

Pre-Orders

Currently, only pre-orders are being accepted for the album via iTunes. The album is due for release on February 9th this year.

More from Outlander News

In total the album will contain 18 tracks and will consist of 1 hour and 11 minutes of music with tracks such as ‘Outlander – The Skye Boat Song’, ‘Blood on the Moor’, ‘Willoughby’ and ‘The Crocodile’s Fire’ to feature.

A preview of one of the tracks can already be heard; ‘Outlander – The Skye Boat Song (Caribbean version) can be listened to via ENews. Tracks for McCreary other works, including season 1 and 2 of Outlander along with the other TV shows he has worked on are also available for purchase as well.

Outlander Season 4

No news from McCreary on what he is working on for Outlander season 4 just yet but no doubt it will be just as beautiful as the previous seasons. With there being such a big gap between now and season 4 anyway McCreary could be just waiting until later in the year to give away any hints.
