People’s Choice Awards are Outlandish!
The People’s Choice Awards nominees were announced on November 3, and there are a few names you might recognize amongst the nominees. Sam Heughan (Jamie Fraser) and Caitriona Balfe (Claire Fraser) have been nominated for PCAs, according to E! Online.

Caitriona Balfe is nominated for Favorite Sci-Fi/Fantasy TV Actress along with Emilia Clarke (Game of Thrones), Ginnifer Goodwin (Once Upon A Time), Jennifer Morrison (Once Upon A Time), and Lady Gaga (American Horror Story).
Sam Heughan is nominated for Favorite Sci-Fi/Fantasy TV Actor alongside David Tennant (Doctor Who), Ian Somerhalder (Vampire Diaries), Jensen Ackles (Supernatural), and Misha Collins (Supernatural).
Outlander has also been nominated for Favorite Cable Sci-Fi/ Fantasy TV Show. It goes up against American Horror Story, Game of Thrones, Teen Wolf, and The Walking Dead.
Sam Heughan, upon hearing the great news, took to Twitter to thank all the fans, saying

Fans should be prepared to fight hard for Sam, Cait, and Outlander. All three categories are chalk full of great actors, actresses, and shows. In particular the Sci-Fi/Fantasy TV Show category will be a hard one to win with the likes of Game of Thrones and The Walking Dead. Outlander fans have proven they have what it takes to get our guys the wins,though. Outlander/ Sam/ Cait have already taken home several awards this year, including E! Online’s Girl On Top 2015, an EWwy Award, and others.
