Sasnak City events are not like other conventions. While other conventions get a full list of scheduled events weeks in advanced, that’s not the case with this smaller convention. Here’s what we know about The Gathering 2024 schedule.

One thing to note is that all the tickets are weekend ones. That is done by design to help with a lot of needs, including scheduling. By having a weekend ticket, it’s easier to space out the weekend activities.

The Gathering 2024 Day 1 schedule will be out soon

The way the event works is that the schedule comes out staggered for each of the days. Coming soon will be registration times for Thursday, Nov. 14 and the Day 1 schedule for Friday, Nov. 15.

It’s important to pay close attention to the Attendees Group on Facebook. This is where all of the information is put when the schedule is out. You can download a copy of the schedule, and I highly recommend doing that. I also recommend printing it out from home if you can to bring it with you.

Days 2 and 3 won’t come out until during the weekend.

The schedule is out the night before

For the rest of the weekend, the Sasnak City team aim to get the next day’s schedule out by 10 p.m. local. This sounds late, but the idea is that you’re there for the whole weekend anyway. The day before, you will be told a time to get to the venue for, but the rest of the schedule will be posted in the Attendees Group on Facebook.

This happens both on the Friday and Saturday nights for the next days.

Now just keep in mind that the schedules can be fluid. Sometimes the times of things during The Gathering 2024 have to change.

What if you’re not there the whole weekend?

Do you need to miss part of the event? Some parts of the event can’t be changed around, but there are options for other elements. For example, if you can’t stay for the Sunday afternoon and you still need some photos and autographs, then talk to a staff member. There will be a call on the Saturday evening/Sunday morning for anything that you are missing.

However, I highly recommend planning to be there from start to finish. You’ll then be around for all the timed events.

The Gathering 2024 takes place between Thursday, Nov. 14 and Sunday, Nov. 17.
